I led user research and experience design, including user journeys, user flows, wireframes, interface design, interaction and motion design, and usability testing. This concept project was developed into an MVP and launched on the Apple App Store.

Bucket is a productivity app designed to help overwhelmed users organize tasks with clarity, focus, and intention by reducing analysis paralysis and surfacing only one next task at a time.

Buckets is an iOS productivity app designed to reduce ADHD/analysis paralysis by focusing users on one next task at a time. I defined the core flows, interaction model, and calm-yet-playful UI so students and adults with ADHD can move from overwhelm to progress in a few taps.
